Third Time's The Charm
Oh my actual, it’s the Third Trimester!
This is it – the home straight! I was planning on continuing the horse race analogy by saying that we were galloping towards the finish but, at this point, a gallop is way beyond my capabilities so it’ll be more of a waddle towards the end and a flop over the line.
I can't believe there's only a few more months until Spud arrives. I feel as though I've been pregnant for about five hundred years, even though everyone says how time flies when you're pregnant. They lie. However, when I look back on this time, maybe it will seem as though it went quickly?
The weather has turned very wintery over the past few days, and my yearly hibernation instinct has joined forced with my nesting instinct and all I want to do is layer myself up under piles of blankets and cuddle with the cats.
There’s nothing more to say, really, at the moment. Just – yay! Third Trimester!
What do you remember most about your Third Trimesters?
