Announcement

It's definitely real now - T and I have announced our news on social media.

We're both into photography (T more than I - I was a photography widow until last year when I gave in and asked him to teach me!) so this seemed very appropriate. Also, several of our friends picked up on the fact that my photo frame was sparkly, which made me smile.

I wasn't sure at first whether I even wanted to make this news public - a friend of mine recently had a baby and she didn't announce anything publically until she posted the picture of her baby boy with the caption "I've been busy!"

I mean, we'd have told people that we saw, obviously. But T was keen to share as many of our friends and family live further away so it would be unlikely that we would see them in the next nine months.

This is only a very short update as T and I are off on our holibobs to visit friends in Europe.
