Bump It Up

My boobs are definitely much bigger.

However, one thing that I wasn’t prepared for, but which is apparently perfectly normal, is that my nips are also getting massive! They’re literally covering half of the space on my boobs, which, as mentioned, are also bigger, so that’s a lot of nip!

The Ovia app that I’ve been using informs me that, at eight weeks, if I haven’t experienced morning sickness yet, I may be one of the lucky ones and actually avoid it altogether. A couple of my friends suffered terribly with sickness and nausea, so I’m praying that this is true and I’ll be a smarmy get and not have it at all…

There was one day earlier in the week when nothing stayed down, and I felt completely pants, but I think that might have been a stomach bug or something as I’ve not had another day like that since. The aches and pains I experienced over the past couple of weeks have started to fade as well, which is nice, and, apart from still feeling constantly exhausted, bloated, and eating loads more I'm actually also starting to feel pretty good (smug)!

Our midwife appointment has been scheduled for next week. T has booked the whole day off work so he can come with me, and we can also take the opportunity to have a bit of a day out together beforehand – making the most of the time we get together now before Spud comes along!

How did you take the time to relax during pregnancy?
